Color Star Technology shares soared 84.3% in overnight trading following news a member of the United Arab Emirates' royal family has joined the company's board. Shaikh Humaid Abdulla Rashed Ahmed Almualla joined the board as an independent director, the company said.

Palladyne AI shares surged another 19.4% in overnight trading after soaring 37.6% on Tuesday. The developer of artificial intelligence software for robotic and unmanned platforms in the industrial and defense sectors Monday announced that its Palladyne Pilot AI software platform has achieved a key developmental milestone with the successful first flight of a third-party small drone that demonstrated the ability to identify and prioritize terrestrial targets of interest and then interface with the drone’s autopilot software to follow the prioritized target autonomously.

SEALSQ Corp shares jumped another 12.8% in overnight trading after soaring 172% in three trading days.

The company announced its development of solutions to address quantum computing challenges through its QUASARS project, focusing on Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) and quantum-resistant hardware for IoT and blockchain networks. The company highlighted Bitcoin's vulnerabilities to quantum computing, particularly in p2pk and reused p2pkh addresses. Current scientific estimates indicate it takes approximately 30 minutes for a quantum computer to hack a Bitcoin signature, compared to Bitcoin's 10-minute block mining time.

Toyota shares jumped 8.7% in overnight trading. The world's biggest automaker's global production decreased for a 10th straight month in November, the Japanese carmaker said on Wednesday, although its worldwide sales grew for the second consecutive month on solid demand in the United States and China.

Space-exploration company Intuitive Machines shares gained another 4.4% in overnight trading, after soaring 30% in three trading days.

On Monday the company announced that it has secured additional contracts from NASA’s Near Space Network. The contract wins provide Intuitive Machines with the “lion’s share” of the $4.82 billion NSN contract, Benchmark analyst Josh Sullivan wrote in a note released Monday.
