本周一（3月10日）， 蔚来 美股盘初逆市涨超3%，公司多项业务将结合经营目标落地组织精简。
消息面上，蔚来组织变革进入深水区，公司正基于长期价值结合短期经营目标重新评估很多业务和项目存续的必要性。3年以上的规划和讨论会被认为过于长期，现在的思考重点是如何实现3年内价值创造（用户利益和经营效率）的最大化。
在此背景下，蔚来各业务集群的多个部门近期都将基于全年经营目标，陆续主动进行组织精简合并，聚焦资源在3年内可以实现价值创造的项目上。
例如蔚来手机业务自去年12月起已大幅调整，手机软件团队已经并入数字座舱团队，重复岗位进行了大幅归并精简。
