Snap（NYSE: SNAP）宣布扩大与谷歌云的战略合作，利用谷歌的Gemini AI技术为其社交平台Snapchat的AI聊天机器人提供支持。
Snapchat的"My AI"聊天机器人将通过谷歌Gemini的Vertex AI技术，处理文本、音频、图像、视频和代码等多种信息类型。谷歌云CEO Thomas Kurian表示：“Snap是数字通信领域的早期领导者，现在它通过生成式AI为其社区创造新价值，走在行业前沿。Gemini模型每天为Snapchat应用中的数百万次多模态交互提供支持，提升了用户与My AI的互动体验，同时确保准确性和安全性。”
Snapchat去年推出了My AI聊天机器人，最初使用OpenAI的模型。今年，Snap转向使用Gemini的多模态生成式AI功能，导致美国用户的互动率提升了2.5倍。
消息公布后，Snap股价在周二开盘前上涨约4%。
