特斯拉机器人相关岗位开始大规模招聘
特斯拉招聘主页显示，仅在美国地区与机器人Optimus相关的岗位就有78个。
Optimus AI负责人Ashish Kumar、Optimus AI高级经理Julian Ibarz等也在X平台发布动态，招贤纳士。
Ashish Kumar转发了特斯拉CEO埃隆·马斯克发布的有关视频，并表示：“我们计划在未来几个月内将强化学习模拟训练扩展到（具有22个自由度的手部）操作任务。初步成果将催生出灵巧机器人专家。我的团队还在利用机器人和通用互联网视频数据构建通用机器人策略。这两项工作都是通向通用机器人智能的关键步骤。如有兴趣，请联系我们！”
Julian Ibarz表示：“如果你想进行端到端的运动和操作强化学习，就加入我们吧！”
就在今年1月，马斯克接受采访时谈到，特斯拉在2025年将生产数千台Optimus人形机器人，并在工厂进行初步测试。如果一切顺利，2026年人形机器人产量将增加10倍，目标是生产5万到10万台人形机器人。
