兴登堡研究公司在报告中指出,Roblox存在将日活跃用户数(DAU)与实际访问平台人数混淆的行为,将用户规模夸大了25%-42%;同时对用户的参与度时长数据也有高达100%以上的夸大。报告还指责Roblox在年龄限制方面缺失,平台上存在不当内容和言论。
消息公布后,Roblox股价遭到重挫,盘中一度下跌逾9%。该公司则对兴登堡的指控予以否认,称其报告存在误导性。分析师对于兴登堡对Roblox参与度测试方式也提出了质疑,称单一游戏会话无法完全反映平台实际使用情况。
