汽车消费者在线服务平台汽车之家(ATHM)昨日盘后股价大跌5.9%,引发市场关注。究其原因,主要与该公司控制权发生变更有关。
根据公告,汽车之家原大股东中国平安旗下云辰资本将向海尔集团旗下卡泰驰出售持股41.91%,作价约18亿美元。交易完成后,卡泰驰将成为汽车之家的控股股东,而中国平安虽然仍将作为主要股东之一,但持股比例将降至约5%。
卡泰驰表示,收购汽车之家是为了与其在构建汽车产业新生态方面形成战略协同,持续提高汽车全生命周期服务水平。汽车之家将作为海尔汽车生态的关键枢纽,为消费者提供线上线下一体化的数字化体验。
