中国外运(00598)今日盘中股价大跌5.1%,引发市场广泛关注。公司今日公布2024年第三季度业绩显示,第三季度净利润同比下降10.3%,营收虽增长18.3%但毛利率下滑1.4个百分点,业绩低于预期。
公司表示,净利润同比下滑主要受内地市场需求不振、竞争加剧及客户加强对物流成本控制的双重影响。公司扣非归母净利润同比下降7.8%,投资收益同比下降16%,成本压力较大。
不过,公司正在采取行动维护公司估值,拟回购金额为2.71亿至5.42亿元人民币,用于注销并减少公司注册资本;同时控股股东外运长航拟增持2.5亿至5亿元公司A股股份。此举反映公司对未来发展的信心,但短期内难以扭转利润下滑趋势。
