2月26日下午，市场有消息称，两大头部券商中国银河、中金公司将合并，成为中国第三大券商。该消息同时称，两家券商拟通过换股方式合并，预计将于未来几周内宣布。
随后，两大券商股价在尾盘均直线拉升。截至收盘，中国银河、中金公司A股双双收于涨停，并带动A股证券指数上涨2.82%。此外，中国银河港股上涨超17%，中金公司港股上涨超19%。就此向双方求证。
中金公司PR部门表示目前没有听说。中国银河的投资者关系热线则表示，要去核实，但后续不再做回应。（银柿财经）
