盘前异动 | Mr. Cooper上涨16%，Rocket拟以94亿美元收购该公司
3月31日，Mr. Cooper盘前上涨16%，消息方面：在线抵押贷款提供商Rocket将以94亿美元的全股票交易收购房屋贷款服务商Mr.Cooper Group。此次收购将创造一个拥有超过2.1万亿美元贷款(相当于全美约六分之一的抵押贷款)、以及近1000万客户的抵押贷款巨头。
根据一份声明，Mr.Cooper Group的股东持有的每一股Mr.Cooper Group股票都将获得11股Rocket的股票，这意味着对Mr.Cooper Group的收购报价为每股143.33美元，较该股上周五收盘价高出约35%。
Rocket寻求通过这笔交易扩大其在抵押贷款服务市场的影响力，并巩固其在购房过程中许多环节的一站式服务的地位。本月早些时候，Rocket还以17.5亿美元的价格收购了房地产经纪平台Redfin。该公司表示，对Redfin的收购将加速Rocket的人工智能平台、并降低购房过程的复杂性。
两家公司表示，双方董事会已经批准了该交易。该交易在获得监管部门批准后，预计将于第四季度完成。交易完成后，Mr.Cooper Group首席执行官Jay Bray将成为Rocket Mortgage部门的总裁兼首席执行官，向Rocket首席执行官Varun Krishna汇报工作。
