分析人士指出,当日华润万象生活股价大跌或与市场对内房股前景的担忧有关。投行摩根大通发表报告指出,如中央数据或政策的支持逊于预期,内房股或将剧烈调整。由于华润万象生活主要为房地产企业提供物业服务,其业绩与内房股发展紧密相关,因而受到市场的连带影响。
不过,值得注意的是,摩根大通同时认为如果风险得到控制,华润万象生活等物管股仍具有一定上行空间。在该行看来,物管股短期受内房股波动拖累,但长期发展前景依然向好。事实上,多家机构给予华润万象生活"买入"评级,认为公司基本面良好,目前估值较为合理。
