迈富时再传喜讯,公司宣布配股集资1.1亿元,令股价今日盘中大涨14.93%。
公司拟配售最多100万股新股,每股配售价格110元,较上日收盘价仅折让约0.45%。此次配股所得款项净额将约1.095亿元,拟用于如下两大领域:一是营销、销售领域AI大模型技术研发,包括训练Tforce营销领域大模型、构建智能体中台,以及智能体在场景的商用落地;二是用作公司的营运资金及一般企业用途。
此举显示迈富时积极加码AI技术领域的布局,并着重将AI技术应用到营销、销售等核心业务环节,不无裨助公司未来的长期发展。此类务实健康的长期布局无疑受到市场热捧,故公司股价在配股消息公布后雄起大涨。
