盘前异动 | Arcadium Lithium涨近30%，获力拓大幅溢价收购
本周三（10月9日），纯锂生产商 Arcadium Lithium 盘前涨近30%，截至发稿报5.5美元，涨幅29.72%：
消息面上，力拓 周三表示，将以全现金交易的方式收购Arcadium Lithium，交易价值67亿美元，此举将使力拓成为全球第三大锂生产商。
力拓表示，将以每股5.85美元的价格收购Arcadium，较10月4日的收盘价3.08美元溢价约90%。力拓将获得四大洲锂矿、加工设施和矿藏的使用权，以及包括特斯拉、宝马和通用汽车在内的客户群。
该交易已获得公司董事会的一致批准，预计将于2025年中期完成。
