半导体股涨跌不一，英特尔跌超2%，英伟达、高通上涨
周二，芯片股跌多涨少。截至发稿，英特尔跌超2%，美国商务部将为英特尔的商业半导体制造项目提供78.6亿美元的直接资助，但相较之前宣布的85亿美元资金有所缩水。同时，美光跌超3%，AMD跌2%，ARM跌1.5%，台积电跌0.5%。
另一方面，英伟达涨0.5%，高通涨逾1%。
