本周二（12月3日）， 超微电脑 续涨超8%，公司经审查未发现欺诈证据，隔夜已涨近30%。
美东时间12月2日周一，超微电脑在声明中表示，正在寻找新的首席财务官、首席合规官（CCO）和总法律顾问。同时，曾任财务副总裁的Kenneth Cheung将成为公司新的首席会计官。
同时，经过公司董事会特别委员会和外部律师的外部审查后，未发现任何不当行为。具体来说，独立特别委员会的调查结果显示，安永会计师事务所的辞职及其在辞职信中提到的结论未得到审查支持。
此前在11月5日，公司宣布特别委员会的调查初步发现，审计委员会独立行事，没有证据表明管理层或董事会存在欺诈或不当行为。特别委员会的最终调查结果支持这些初步调查结果，公司现在正在披露审查的细节以及特别委员会建议的措施。
外部审查由董事会特别委员会与律师事务所Cooley LLP的50多名律师和会计事务所Secretariat Advisors的团队共同完成，董事会全盘采用了该特别委员会的建议，公司不会针对已经发布的财务预测重新发布声明。
