Chinese ADRs pulled back in ovenight tarding after a significant rally. YINN fell 4%; Li Auto, XPeng, Alibaba, and JD.com fell 3%; Baidu, Bilibili, NIO, and PDD Holdings fell 2%.

Palantir shares climbed another 1% in overnight trading after closing up 5.2% Monday on continued momentum and announcement of an upcoming live 'ask me anything' (AMA) session with CEO Alex Karp. The event, scheduled for Wednesday, February 12 at 12:00pm EST on X, is adding to the recent momentum seen in the company's stock performance.

Steel and aluminum producers in America continued to rise in overnight trading as Donald Trump signed proclamation of reimposing 25% tariff on steel and aluminum. Cleveland-Cliffs rose 4.7%, U.S. Steel rose 1.9%; Nucor rose 0.8%; Alcoa rose 0.3%.

Lattice Semiconductor reported Monday fourth-quarter revenue and guidance for the current-quarter that topped Wall Street expectations. The shares jumped 13.8% in overnight trading following the report.

Phillips 66 shares gained 3.1% in overnight trading. Activist Elliott Investment Management has built a more than $2.5 billion stake in Phillips 66 and plans to push the oil refiner to consider operational changes to boost its stagnant stock, according to people familiar with the matter. 

Astera Labs shares fell 3.7% in overnight trading, even as after the semiconductor-based connectivity company reported fourth-quarter results and guidance for 2025 that were better-than-expected, aided by continued artificial intelligence related spending.

SelectQuote shares surged 35.8% in overnight trading after it announced strong results and guidance, along with a $350 million investment from Bain Capital, Morgan Stanley Private Credit, and Newlight Partners. The investment will allow the Company to recapitalize its balance sheet, to lower its annual cash debt service, and to provide liquidity and increase operating flexibility to fund growth initiatives.

Harmonic shares tumbled 20.6% in overnight trading after providing disappointing guidance. The company sees FY 2025 EPS of $0.43-$0.68, versus the consensus of $0.87. It sees FY 2025 revenue of $585-$645 million, versus the consensus of $720.73 million.

Fluence Energy shares plunged 36.9% in overnight trading after fourth quarter results disappointed on the top and bottom line. It also cut guidance.
