美国廉航Spirit Airlines股价跌至历史低点，据报道可能申请破产
美国廉航精神航空（Spirit Airlines）股价在盘后交易中跌至历史低点，此前据报道称，这家廉价航空公司已经在与债券持有人讨论潜在的破产申请条款。该股周四暴跌29%，至1.59美元，创下1月份以来的最大百分比跌幅。该股在周四的常规交易中跌破了2.22美元的此前低点，今年以来已累计下跌86%。
据知情人士透露，该航空公司还在探索通过庭外交易重组其资产负债表。然而，这些人士指出，最近的谈判更多地集中在与债券持有人和其他债权人达成协议，以支持根据美国破产法第11章申请破产保护，他们表示，即使申请破产，也不会很快发生。此前，Spirit与JetBlue Airways的合并计划失败。
目前，该公司正努力应对亏损和收入下降的问题，同时其33亿美元债务中不少即将到期。
