AmplitudeE, Inc. (AMPL) saw its stock surge 9.70% in pre-market trading on Thursday, following the company's impressive fourth-quarter results and raised guidance for fiscal 2025.
The data analytics firm reported a 9% year-over-year increase in Q4 revenue to $78 million, driven by strong demand for its integrated platform offerings, including the newly launched session replay and web experimentation products. Annual recurring revenue (ARR) grew by $13 million from the previous quarter to $312 million, and the company added 24 new customers with over $100,000 in ARR, reaching a total of 591 such customers.
Notably, Amplitude demonstrated robust execution capabilities by successfully integrating Command AI's technology and launching the guides and surveys product within just four months of the acquisition. This innovative offering allows customers to deploy in-product guides, tours, and surveys with ease, enhancing the user experience and driving higher engagement rates.
Looking ahead, Amplitude raised its guidance for fiscal 2025, projecting revenue between $324.8 million and $330.8 million, representing growth of 9.5% at the midpoint. The company's strategic focus on winning the enterprise market and expanding its platform capabilities positions it well to capitalize on the growing demand for digital analytics solutions.
In a statement, Amplitude's CEO, Spenser Skates, expressed optimism about the company's future, stating, "We are still early in the digital analytics category, and we are set up to lead it. I'm looking forward to 2025 and beyond."
