Nebius与包括英伟达在内的投资者达成7亿美元配售协议
12月3日,欧洲人工智能基础设施公司Nebius隔夜大幅收涨超17%，报25.75美元。消息面上，Nebius宣布与包括英伟达在内的投资者达成7亿美元配售协议，此次融资支持先前披露的进一步建设全端人工智能基础设施的计划。
该公司将以每股21美元的价格发行约3,330万股A类股票。除英伟达外，Accel和Orbis Investments管理的一些账户也是参与配售的精选投资者之一。此外，Nebius董事会向Accel合伙人Matt Weigand授予与配售有关的观察员权利，并打算提名Weigand在年度股东大会上竞选董事。值得注意的是，Nebius前身为Yandex N.V.，曾是“俄罗斯的谷歌”Yandex的控股公司，于7月更名为 Nebius。
