夜盘异动 | 250 亿美元注入联邦医保，西维斯健康、联合健康均涨超5%
本周二（4月8日），在美国联邦政府宣布预计 2026 年将向为老年人提供的 “联邦医疗保险优势”（Medicare Advantage）计划增加约 250 亿美元的支付款项后，提供这类计划的主要保险公司股价夜盘持续走高。
截至发稿， 西维斯健康 涨5.73%，报67.51美元， 联合健康 涨5.51%，报553.6美元， 哈门那 涨超11%：
美国医疗保险和医疗补助服务中心（Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services）周一声称，政府支付金额的增加幅度高于最初预期，这是为了应对该计划中预计会上升的成本。
该机构表示，根据明年的新支付政策，“将确保‘联邦医疗保险优势’计划继续以高效、负责的方式为人们提供关键服务，进一步增强该计划为受益人服务的能力。”
该机构宣布，2026 年 “联邦医疗保险优势” 计划的预期平均收入变化率为 5.06%。瑞穗证券（Mizuho）分析师安・海因斯（Ann Hynes）表示，这一数字高于此前在预先通知中公布的 2.23%，也远高于投资者的预期。
她接着说：“鉴于在拜登政府执政的过去三年里，‘联邦医疗保险优势’ 计划所处的监管环境非常艰难，特朗普总统执政下的这一改善对于保险类股票板块而言，应该会成为一个意义重大的积极情绪推动因素。”
海因斯还指出：“过去三年的支付费率并没有完全反映出 ‘联邦医疗保险优势’ 计划使用情况增多的环境。” 这种情况在去年一直是许多保险类股票面临的压力来源之一。
