霸王茶姬的上市之旅颇为顺利，今年3月6日通过中国证监会境外上市备案，3月26日凌晨公开递交招股书后，仅用了一个月左右的时间，便顺利登陆上市，成为了美股市场首家新茶饮品牌。
招股书显示，2024年全年，霸王茶姬GMV（商品交易额）为295亿元，较上年增加173%。截至2024年第四季度，霸王茶姬全球门店数达到6440家，较上年增加83%。2024年，霸王茶姬全年营收124.05亿元，净利润为25.15亿元。
霸王茶姬上市，对中概股和茶饮圈都有重要意义。有消费行业分析人士向虎嗅表示，对标星巴克，霸王茶姬美股上市填补了美股中餐概念稀缺性，是高增长高效率商业模型的资本兑现，也是中国新茶饮从本土内卷向全球竞合的战略跃迁。
