消息面上，在上周日于曼哈顿的Cipriani Wall Street举行的一次筹款活动中，美国副总统哈里斯向捐赠者们阐述了她的经济议程，并首次公开表态，如果当选，她将支持增加对人工智能和加密货币行业的投资。她誓言：
“我将召集劳动力、小企业创始人和创新者以及大公司。我们将携手合作投资于美国的竞争力，投资于美国的未来。我们将鼓励人工智能和数字资产这样的创新技术，同时保护我们的消费者和投资者。”
