叶国富强调,品牌要回归"简单"文化价值观,在产品研发、服务层面回归零售本质,在管理层面精简流程、组织结构,以最大程度提高效率,快速响应市场变化。此举或许加大了对部分员工的工作压力,短期内可能影响了公司的运营效率,从而导致股价出现回调。
