盘前异动 | 热门中概持续回调，贝壳跌超7%；锂生产商Arcadium涨近30%，获力拓大幅溢价收购
本周三（10月9日），美股盘前时段三大期指普跌，标普500指数期货跌0.29%，纳指期货跌0.39%，道指期货跌0.27%：
中概股延续此前跌势，截至发稿 三倍做多富时中国ETF-Direxion 跌超10%，报36.63美元：
热门中概股中， 贝壳 跌超6%， 京东 、 理想汽车 跌超4%， 阿里巴巴 、蔚来 、拼多多 、百度 均跌超3%：
周三A股大幅回调，沪指失守3300点，创业板指暴跌逾10%，港股同样跌超1%。
波音 盘前一度跌超1.5%，截至发稿报152.51美元，公司遭标普置入评级负面观察名单，或面临降级风险。
此外，波音公司已撤回给罢工机械师的薪酬提议，该飞机制造商与工会成员之间的谈判陷入僵局。波音高管在一封致员工的信中写道：“我们的团队本着诚意进行了谈判。遗憾的是，工会并没有认真考虑我们的提议。”
纯锂生产商 Arcadium Lithium 盘前涨近30%，截至发稿报5.5美元，涨幅29.72%：
消息面上，力拓 周三表示，将以全现金交易的方式收购Arcadium Lithium，收购价格为每股5.85美元，较10月4日的收盘价3.08美元溢价约90%，预计交易将于2025年中期完成。
