内房股盘初全线拉升，富力地产涨近9%
4月17日，内房股盘初全线拉升，富力地产涨近9%，融创中国、世茂集团涨超5%，新城发展、万科企业涨超3%。
消息面上，据新华社报道，4月15日，国务院总理李强在北京调研时强调，收购存量商品房用作保障性住房，是促进房地产市场止跌回稳、保障和改善民生的重要抓手。此外，国家统计局16日发布2025年3月份70个大中城市商品住宅销售价格变动情况。70个大中城市中，商品住宅销售价格环比上涨城市个数增加；一线城市商品住宅销售价格环比上涨。
国泰海通证券指出，2025年3月起各地公示拟使用专项债收购土地的节奏明显加速，截至目前总拟收储金额超过1300亿元。在海外不确定性加大的背景下，预计两会所确定的收储和城中村改造在二季度会陆续进入实质工作状态。后续重点关注收储条件是否会有适度放宽。国联民生证券则表示，地产是内需重要支撑，相关政策或在降准降息、加快收储和城改项目落地、地方政府调控宽松等方向发力。
