Allegro MicroSystems盘前涨逾9%，安森美半导体拟以每股35.10美元对其进行现金收购。
迈威尔科技盘前大跌近15%，Q4业绩超预期，但Q1指引不及预期。
通用数据库平台MongoDB盘前大跌超17%，第四季度扭亏为盈，但其未来一年的盈利前景低于华尔街的预期。
明星科技股盘前多数下跌。特斯拉跌超2%，特斯拉2月份澳大利亚销量同比暴跌近72%，其中入门级Model 3的销量下降了81%。同时，英伟达跌1.9%，谷歌跌0.75%，微软跌0.66%，苹果跌0.35%。
热门中概股盘前普涨。京东涨超4%，将于盘前发布四季度财报，市场普遍预期，京东预计实现营收3326.99亿元，同比增长8.7%；每股收益4.91元，同比大幅增长130.5%。同时，金山云涨逾6%，拼多多、哔哩哔哩涨超3%，阿里巴巴涨超2%，蔚来、小鹏汽车涨超1%。
