根据加科思-B近日发布的2024年年度业绩公告，公司年内亏损大幅收窄，现金储备充足。2024年公司营收达1.56亿元，同比增长145%，主要来自与艾力斯的合作收入。年内亏损降至1.56亿元，同比减少57%。值得注意的是，公司在手现金为11.7亿元，即使在无任何收入的情况下也可维持至少4年的运营。
此外，太平洋证券在最新研报中指出，加科思-B的新药戈来雷塞有望在2025年第二季度获批上市，并获得一笔研发里程碑费用。该药物在治疗2线KRAS G12C阳性非小细胞肺癌方面显示出安全性优势，预计销售峰值可达11亿元。戈来雷塞的1线非小细胞肺癌3期临床试验以及胰腺癌/泛癌种关键临床试验已启动，有望于2026年下半年完成入组。这些积极因素都为公司未来发展提供了强劲动力，提振了投资者信心。
