全球谷物贸易商 阿彻丹尼尔斯米德兰公司（ADM）周一公布了第三季度业绩，第三季度利润下降，并在其延迟提交的文件中表示已重新计算部门总运营利润。
该公司此前在11月5日推迟发布业绩报告，并下调了2024年的利润预期，这是为了修改由于发现新的会计违规而出现的此前财务报表问题。
ADM曾在今年3月被迫纠正了六年的财务数据，此前一项内部调查发现，其营养业务与其他核心部门之间的销售记录存在不当处理问题。
首席执行官胡安·卢西亚诺（Juan Luciano）表示，公司目前专注于改进内部控制。
在重新调整数据后，该公司本季度的部门总运营利润下降了28.3%，至10.4亿美元。其中，农业服务与油籽部门的利润同期暴跌43%。
截至9月30日的季度内，ADM报告净利润为1800万美元，即每股收益4美分，而去年同期为8.21亿美元，即每股收益1.52美元。
