周二，甲骨文盘前大跌超8%。甲骨文昨日盘后公布了截至2024年11月30日的2025财年第二财季业绩：营收同比增长9%至140.6亿美元，略低于分析师预期的141.2亿美元；调整后每股收益1.47美元，分析师预期1.48美元。期内云服务收入为59亿美元，同比增长24.3%，不及分析师预期的60亿美元。
此外，第三财季指引不及预期，预计营收同比增长7%至9%，中值约为143亿美元，分析师预期146.5亿美元；调整后每股收益为1.5至1.54美元，分析师预期1.57美元。
