高通首席执行官克里斯蒂亚诺•阿蒙(Cristiano Amon)周三表示，Arm Holdings已撤回终止高通与该芯片技术提供商许可协议的威胁。去年10月，Arm威胁要终止高通的许可协议，原因是围绕高通个人电脑芯片的技术存在争议。
阿蒙在周三的电话会议上对分析师表示：“Arm最近通知我们，它将撤回于2024年10月22日发出的违约通知，并表示目前没有终止高通架构许可协议的计划。”
去年12月，高通在这场基础纠纷的审判中赢得了关键部分，陪审团发现高通的个人电脑芯片根据其与Arm公司的许可协议得到了适当的授权。
然而，陪审团未能就审判中提出的其他问题达成一致裁决，Arm已提出重新审判的动议。
