阅文集团发布盈利预警,预计2024财年将录得IFRS(国际财务报告准则)净亏损约1.5亿元至2.5亿元人民币,同比转亏,主要受2018年收购新丽传媒控股所产生的非现金商誉减值约10.5亿至11.5亿元影响。
不过,集团预计2024财年非IFRS净利润约为11亿元至11.5亿元,与2023年基本持平。商誉减值支出为非现金性质,不会影响阅文集团现金流。
报道指出,当前市场环境下,观众对高品质内容需求日益增长。基于此,新丽传媒拟未来进一步聚焦开发头部影视内容,在项目各环节更加精益求精,致力提供体现行业最高标准的作品。
虽然该战略可能会导致项目研发周期延长和制作成本攀升,影响新丽传媒未来几年的利润预期。但从长远来看,这有利于巩固新丽传媒在精品影视制作领域的领先地位,并最终为阅文集团IP业务创造更大的长期价值。
