港股内房股盘中集体拉升！重磅会议预期持续升温
12月2日，港股内房股盘中集体拉升，佳兆业集团涨超10%，融信中国涨超9%，宝龙地产涨近7%，融创中国涨超5%。
消息面上，中指研究院数据显示，1-11月，百强房企销售总额为38516.0亿元，同比下降32.9%，降幅较上月缩窄1.8个百分点。11月单月，百强房企销售额同比减少9.46%，环比减少18.62%。国盛证券表示，11月市场整体热度有所回落，但较三季度有反弹，单月百强销售额环比降低17%，但相较于9月仍有44%的增长，同比降低7%，降幅低于往年同期。
机构监测数据显示，深圳11月二手房成交量维持在“繁荣线”水平，录得量达近46个月来最高，上海二手房（含商业）成交量也创下44个月新高。与此同时，沪深新房“日光盘”频现。业内认为，随着政策效应持续释放，市场有望进一步止跌回稳。另外，市场憧憬将于本月召开的重磅会议。中信证券认为，止跌回稳目标下，地产政策仍处于密集出台和落实的窗口期，包括城中村改造、收购限制土地及收储、需求侧政策放松等。
