周一，半导体概念股盘初走高，费城半导体指数涨3.6%，三倍做多半导体ETF大涨超11%。
个股方面，台积电开盘创历史新高，截至发稿涨幅3.6%。英伟达涨3.8%，黄仁勋北京时间明日上午将在CES 2025发表演讲。阿斯麦涨6%，消息称阿斯麦CEO将于下周与台积电董事长魏哲家、营运长秦永沛等多位高管会面。意法半导体涨6.7%，Wolfspeed涨超7%，美光科技涨9%。
