芯片股普涨，美光科技涨逾7%，AMD、英特尔涨超4%，英伟达涨3%。
苹果涨近7%，戴尔科技涨近9%，特朗普政府豁免消费电子等产品的对等关税。
高盛涨近4%，第一季度股票交易收入超预期。此外，高盛董事会批准了至多400亿美元的股票回购计划。
英特尔涨超3%，宣布将其可编程芯片部门Altera 51%的股份出售给私募股权公司Silver Lake，交易对Altera整体估值为87.5亿美元。交易完成后，英特尔将保留该业务49%的股权。
TMC涨超24%，MP Materials涨超10%。据媒体援引知情人士消息报道，美国总统特朗普团队正在起草一项行政令，拟允许美国大规模“囤积”太平洋海底的金属资源，并将其纳入现有的联邦原油和金属战略储备体系，以加强在关键矿产资源领域的储备与安全。
