Xiaomi had 5,400 insurance registrations last week, Li Auto 7,600, Xpeng 7,400, Zeekr 2,800, Leapmotor 5,200 and Aito 5,000.

Insurance registrations for major electric vehicle (EV) makers remained weak last week, as deliveries are typically slow with the start of the month.

For the week of January 6-12, Onvo had 1,800 insurance registrations in China, according to data shared today by Li Auto (NASDAQ: LI).

The Nio main brand did not make it into any of the lists published by Li Auto for the first time, but according to figures shared by several car bloggers, the brand stood at 1,500 units last week, a 50 percent decrease from the previous week's 3,000.

In the past, both Nio and Onvo have been placed by Li Auto in its top 10 list of new car-making brands. Onvo is ranked 10th in the latest list.
