特斯拉持续拉升，或在印度推出“新车”，且美国放宽自动驾驶监管
周五，特斯拉盘中涨幅扩大至9%！电子邮件显示，特斯拉公司印度办事处正在向Model 3的早期预订用户退款，这引发了人们对这家电动汽车制造商即将在印度推出新车的猜测。
电子邮件中写道：“我们希望暂时退还您的预订费。当我们最终确定在印度的销售方案后，我们将再次与市场联系。我们希望在准备好在贵国推出和交付后，能再次见到您。”这些邮件来自特斯拉的域名，署名是“特斯拉印度”。
据一位接到电话的客户称，特斯拉还在给预订Model 3的用户打电话。这些预订可以追溯到 2016 年，退款是由于老款 Model 3 停产。
另一项利好是，特朗普政府将放宽自动驾驶监管，削减原本繁琐的事故报告流程。美国交通部长Sean Duffy表示，只要是用自动驾驶车来做“测试、展示、研究”这些非商业用途，可以直接跳过部分合规程序。
最新举措被视为美国对自动驾驶的最大一次松绑，意味着以后自动驾驶汽车的上路测试会更容易，流程更快，车企可以更容易地去做实验和演示，创新不会再被繁文缛节拖住了。新规直击特斯拉需求核心，为马斯克计划今年6月在德州推出的Cybercab无人出租车队开绿灯。
