Shares of Agilysys Inc. (AGYS) plummeted 12.63% in the after-hours trading session on Tuesday, following the company's fiscal third-quarter 2025 earnings release.
The hospitality software provider reported adjusted earnings per share of $0.38 for the quarter, beating analyst estimates of $0.34. However, revenue of $69.6 million fell short of the consensus forecast of $73.15 million.
In addition, Agilysys cut its fiscal 2025 revenue guidance to $273 million, down from the previous range of $280 million to $285 million. The company maintained its outlook for adjusted EBITDA at 18% of revenue for the full year.
