2月20日，港股歌礼制药-B盘初飙涨逾22%，ASC30在肥胖症研究获得积极期中结果。
消息面上，歌礼制药宣布，小分子口服GLP-1R激动剂ASC30在美国的Ib期多剂量递增研究取得积极期中结果。在MAD队列2中，经过28天的每日一次服用ASC30口服片，肥胖症患者的体重相对基线平均下降6.3%。而在MAD队列1中，体重相对基线平均下降4.3%。相较之下，服用安慰剂的患者体重相对基线仅下降0.1%。
该研究由三个队列组成，每个队列各有8名患者服用ASC30或安慰剂，研究显示ASC30在安全性和耐受性方面良好，没有发生严重不良事件。所有胃肠道相关不良事件均为轻度或中度。此外，ASC30的平均每日剂量在MAD队列1为9.25毫克，在MAD队列2为18毫克。公司将于未来的医学会议上展示详细结果。
