摩根大通CEO戴蒙卖了3,150万美元的股票，但只是“九牛一毛”
摩根大通 CEO杰米·戴蒙（Jamie Dimon）根据一份文件，于周一以每股 235.68美元 的价格卖出了 133,639股，总金额约 3,150万美元。
不过这笔交易早在今年2月就已经提前向监管机构申报，是属于合法合规的 10b5-1自动交易计划，即股票在特定条件满足时会自动出售，以避免“内幕交易”的嫌疑。
摩根大通方面对此没有做出评论。
这次卖出只是戴蒙持股的一小部分——他现在仍持有大约 647万股摩根大通股票，按周二收盘价 233.92美元 来算，总价值仍高达 15亿美元。其中最大的部分（约370万股）是通过家庭信托持有的。
摩根大通早在2月就公布过计划，说戴蒙将在 8月1日前 按计划卖出 100万股。
这次股票出售是在摩根大通上周五公布优于预期的一季度财报之后进行的。
