3月24日，有市场消息称，小米集团计划以“先旧后新”方式配售股份，融资规模最高达53亿美元(约413.4亿港元)，配股价区间为每股52.80至54.60港元，配售7.5亿股股份，配售价格较其在香港最新收盘价折让4.2%至7.4%。高盛集团和中金公司等机构承办这次交易。
据了解，此次融资或用于支持其电动车业务发展。而此前2021年，小米集团创始人、董事长兼CEO雷军曾表示，公司计划未来十年向电动汽车领域投资100亿美元。
近日，小米公布2024年全年业绩报告，公司24Q4 营收首超千亿，24 全年多指标创全面新高。2024 全年公司总营收3659 亿元，同比+35.0%，创历史新高，经调整净利润272 亿元，同比+41.3%。
在公布了2021年以来最快的收入增长后，3月18日，雷军宣布，小米汽车将2025年全年的交付目标从原计划的30万台提升至35万台。而就在上一条微博，雷军还透露，小米汽车刚刚完成了第20万辆新车的交付，标志着其量产能力与市场认可度迈上新台阶。
对于2025年交付目标的上调，有评论分析认为，小米汽车近期在供应链整合与工厂产能优化方面进展显著。据悉，其北京亦庄工厂二期工程已启动，预计2024年底实现双班生产，年产能有望突破40万台。此外，小米计划于2025年前推出至少两款新车型，覆盖更广泛价格区间，进一步释放市场潜力。
