根据分析,这与芯片巨头美光科技(Micron Technology)发布强劲营收预测有关。美光预计人工智能和数据中心领域对芯片的需求将持续保持强劲,这使得整个半导体行业的股价迎来普遍上涨。
数据显示,费城半导体指数开盘创下两个月新高,最终上涨3.87%,今年迄今涨幅接近23%。除拉姆研究外,先进微器件上涨3.81%,英特尔、台积电、高通、ARM控股、德仪等芯片制造商股价也普遍上涨2%-6%左右。此外,Nvidia等人工智能芯片龙头企业股价亦出现上涨。
