阿里巴巴旗下物流子公司菜鸟2月27日发布全员邮件,宣布控股集团已全面收购菜鸟小股东的剩余持有股份,并同步对员工所持菜鸟股权激励实施全量退出计划。该计划将员工手中的期权更换为长期现金激励。这一消息令市场普遍担忧菜鸟未来发展前景,导致阿里巴巴-W当日盘中股价大跌5.01%。
据了解,在此次期权退出计划中,一股期权回购标准为0.62美元,相当于约4.5元人民币。以一名2024年1月入职的员工为例,其入职offer约定授予1万股期权,该员工将在2026年1月拿到5000股期权对应的2.25万元人民币长期现金激励,此后两年每年还能获得1.125万元。
此前,阿里集团曾计划将菜鸟独立上市,但于2024年3月宣布撤回其在港交所首次公开发行及上市申请。同时向菜鸟少数股东发出要约,以每股0.62美元的价格将其持有的所有菜鸟已发行股份向阿里巴巴集团出售,总对价最高可达273.21亿元人民币。菜鸟员工不少人持有公司期权或股权,此次菜鸟期权退出计划影响面广。
