全球知名封测企业日月光半导体(ASX)在今天举行的法说会上传出一连串利好消息,股价盘中大涨5.27%,引发市场热烈关注。
根据日月光法说会透露的营运数据和规划,公司看好先进封装和测试业务的需求持续旺盛,预计今年相关业绩将增加超过10亿美元。为满足订单需求,公司今年也将进一步扩大资本支出,多地扩产新产能。
