博通涨幅扩大至22%，迈威尔科技涨逾9%，台积电等涨超4%
周五，热门芯片股走强。博通高开高走，截至发稿涨幅近22%。同时，迈威尔科技涨超9%，ARM、美光涨逾4%。
台积电涨超4%，据业内人士透露，台积电正致力于整合CoWoS与SiPh，寻求在2026年推出共封装光学器件(CPO)。另外，苹果与博通合作开发AI芯片，台积电先进制程将再迎大单。还值得注意的是，有消息称台积电在日本熊本县的首家工厂接近量产。
