本周三（2月26日）港股内房股涨势不止，世茂集团暴涨超30%， 雅居乐集团 、 绿景中国地产 涨超10%：
消息面上，深化连盛投资有限公司1月10日向香港高等法院提出对世茂集团的清盘呈请，世茂集团现公布，经双方同意，高等法院已颁令撤回针对公司的呈请。
中金发布研报称，内地房地产板块初现修复迹象，认为年内后续仍具备向上空间，建议适当做提前布局。
房地产目前市场对小阳春，包括2025全年市场的看法有一定分化，该行认为产业逐步走向产能修复的路径或许已经打开，原则上可以对地产股做一些前置性布局，维持覆盖标的获利预测和目标价不变。
