第六家上市新茶饮，沪上阿姨启动招股！市场重现“茶饮联动效应”
4月29日，沪上阿姨首日孖展超购幅度逾百倍，带动港股茶饮股集体走强！其中古茗涨超8%，奈雪的茶涨幅超7%，蜜雪集团涨超4%。
近期，多家新茶饮公司陆续登陆资本市场，继2月古茗、3月蜜雪集团登陆港股，4月霸王茶姬登陆美股后，第六家上市新茶饮 沪上阿姨将于5月8日正式在港交所挂牌。
昨日（4月28日），沪上阿姨发布公告，将于2025年4月28日-2025年5月2日开启招股，公司拟全球发售241.134万股H股，其中香港发售占10%，国际发售占90%，另有超额配股权不超过15%；发售价将不高于每股发售股份113.12港元，且预期不低于每股发售股份95.57港元，每手30股，认购金额为3427.83港元/手。
沪上阿姨是中国快速增长的现制饮品公司，据招股书，截至2023年，经营着中国第四大的现制茶饮店网络。截至2024年，沪上阿姨旗下拥有门店9,176家，年GMV超过107亿元。
