全球半导体设备巨头阿斯麦周三披露，计划回购最高达已发行股本10%的股份。
根据公告，本次股份回购计划拟自即日起生效，持续至2026年10月23日止。该计划尚需获得监事会批准后方可实施。
根据回购条款，阿斯麦可在阿姆斯特丹泛欧交易所或纳斯达克证券市场，以不低于股票面值、不高于市价110%的价格区间进行回购。
此外，公司年度股东大会还提议授权发行普通股或授予普通股认购权，所筹资金将用于一般经营用途及并购交易和/或(战略)联盟建设。
股东大会同时提议通过每股普通股1.84欧元的最终股息分配方案。
