1. 迪士尼业绩超预期，流媒体业务盈利助力增长
迪士尼公司($DIS$)在周四公布了第四财季的每股收益和收入数据，均超过华尔街预期。其直接面向消费者的流媒体业务表现亮眼，从亏损转为盈利，为业绩增长提供了动力。
第四季度调整后每股收益为1.14美元，高于分析师预期的1.10美元，也高于去年同期的0.82美元。
2. Palantir股票上涨，宣布转至纳斯达克上市
Palantir公司($PLTR$)周四宣布，计划将股票从纽约证券交易所转到纳斯达克上市，预计这一变更将于11月26日生效。
这一决定将有助于公司进入更多指数，特别是有望符合纳斯达克100指数的标准（该指数由纳斯达克交易所的最大非金融公司组成）。

3. Coach母公司Tapestry终止85亿美元收购计划
