认股权证最初由 GRIID Infrastructure, Inc. (以下简称“GRIID”) 发行，并于 2024 年 10 月 30 日与公司收购 GRIID 相关联，转换为 CleanSpark 认股权证。在完成对 GRIID 的收购后，根据合并协议的条款，认股权证将进行调整，以反映合并交换比率，即每股 GRIID 普通股可兑换 0.069593885 股公司普通股。因此，未偿还的 13,800,000 份认股权证代表以每股 165.24 美元的行使价购买总计 960,395 股公司普通股的权利。然而，在某些文件中，包括向纳斯达克提交的上市申请，该兑换比率被错误地应用于认股权证。
公司在意识到这一问题后立即联系了纳斯达克的代表，并正在努力解决这一问题，并允许其普通股和认股权证恢复交易。
