Frontier集团(ULCC.US)今日盘中大幅下跌5.04%,主要原因是其旗下航司Frontier于2月11日再次向破产重整中的Spirit Airlines(SAVEQ.US)提出合并提议,但遭到Spirit拒绝。
根据消息,Frontier于2月4日向Spirit提交了一份新的合并方案,提议合并后Spirit的利益相关者将获得4亿美元的债务和Frontier 19%的股份。但Spirit认为,该提议为公司利益相关者带来的价值低于其正在进行的重组计划所设想的,并可能导致第11章程序延长、成本增加且不确定性增加。
Spirit航空于2024年11月申请破产,目前正寻求进行独立资本重组,并计划在2025年第一季度完成重组过程。此前Spirit已多次拒绝了包括Frontier和捷蓝航空(JBLU.US)在内竞争对手的并购提议,坚持独立重组的计划。
