阅文集团表示,当前观众对高品质内容需求日益上升,只有优质影视作品才能持续获得市场青睐。鉴于此,新丽传媒未来将进一步聚焦头部影视内容开发,在剧本孵化、拍摄、制作等环节更加精益求精,致力于为观众提供体现行业最高标准的作品。但该战略调整可能导致新项目研发周期延长、生产成本攀升,影响新丽未来几年的利润预期。
虽然本次计提商誉减值金额较大,但从战略角度看,公司认为这一变革将巩固新丽在精品影视制作行业中的领先地位,并最终为阅文集团IP业务创造更大长远价值。此外,商誉减值支出属非现金性质,不会影响公司现金流和扣非利润表现。
